ORDER
ALAIMO, Chief Judge.
The case is presently before this Court on a motion by the petitioner for the appointment of a new counsel following the withdrawal of the previously appointed counsel. It appearing that the withdrawn counsel has adequately briefed the legal issues on behalf of the petitioner and that an evidentiary hearing is unnecessary, 1 representation by counsel is no longer required prior to this Court’s rendition of a decision on the petition for habeas corpus relief.
