This is an appeal from a judgment entered in the circuit court of Sangamon county in the amount of $13,500, in favor of Elmer Fisher and against the Hlinois Terminal Railroad Company. The cause was tried before a jury and grows out of an injury received by the plaintiff while riding in a truck driven by one Britten, at a crossing where the tracks of the defendant cross Monroe street, about one quarter of a mile east of the city limits of the City of Springfield.
