MEMORANDUM OPINION
GLEN E. CLARK, Bankruptcy Judge.
This matter comes before the Court upon a motion by Coopers & Lybrand, former Chapter 11 trustee of this estate, to recover from Seafirst Commercial Corporation costs and expenses, pursuant to § 506(c) of the Bankruptcy Code.
The above-entitled matter was originally filed as a Chapter 11 case on August 2, 1984. Shortly after the commencement of the case, the debtor stipulated to the appointment of a trustee.
