In this products-liability action, defendant, The Stanley Works, appeals a judgment of $1,549,270.90 in favor of plaintiff following a jury trial. We affirm in part, reverse in part, and remand for further proceedings.
I. FACTS AND PROCEEDINGS
On April 14, 1997, plaintiff went shopping at the Rite Aid store on Greenfield in Dearborn.
