—In an action for a judgment declaring General Municipal Law § 101 unconstitutional and for injunctive relief, the plaintiffs appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Nassau County (Brucia, J.), entered July 19, 1993, which is in favor of the defendants and the intervenors-defendants and against them dismissing the complaint.

Ordered that the judgment is affirmed with one bill of costs to the respondents and intervenors-respondents appearing separately and filing separate briefs.
