In this dispute involving a developer's adherence to the Colorado Common Interest Ownership Act, §§ 88-88.8-101 to -819, C.R.8.2008 (CCIOA), Dwight J. Miller, Deborah D. Miller, Roger L. Curry, and others (collectively, appellants) appeal the trial court's summary judgment in favor of Allen D. Miller and others (collectively, appellees).
