Plaintiff Kenneth Klein (“Klein”) was a litigation partner at Defendant, Foley & Lardner, LLP (“Foley”). Klein was insured under a group long-term disability policy issued by Defendant Northwestern Mutual Life Insurance Company (“Northwestern”).
