*584In a family offense proceeding pursuant to Family Court Act article 8, Marcia Quinones-Rivera appeals from (1) an order of protection of the Family Court, Queens County (Heffernan, J.), dated March 12, 2004, which, after a hearing, inter alia, directed her to stay away from the petitioner and his home, and (2) an order of disposition of the same court, also dated March 12, 2004, which, after a hearing, inter alia, found that she was in contempt of the order of protection and placed her on probation under the supervision of the Probation Department of Queens County for a period of 12 months.
