Defendant Oak Lawn Lodge, Inc. (Oak Lawn Lodge) appeals from a jury verdict finding it liable under the Structural Work Act (Act) (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1983, ch. 48, pars. 60 through 69) for plaintiff Brian J. Fedt’s injuries and plaintiff’s decedent Marc D. Clay’s death, resulting from a scaffold collapse on Oak Lawn Lodge’s property. Oak Lawn Lodge sought third-party indemnification from plaintiffs’ employer, AAA Services, Inc. (AAA), in which the jury found in favor of AAA.
