DWYER, J. — Peter McDaniels appeals from an order dismissing his action under the Public Records Act (PRA), chapter 42.56 RCW, against the Department of Corrections (DOC). McDaniels contends that the superior court erred by finding no violation of the PRA because a record maintained by the Department of Enterprise Services (DES) was responsive to his requests.
