Affirming.
These cases were consolidated and tried together below. The proof relates to both cases. Judgment in each case was rendered for the appellees, Foxwell and Wynn. Each policy of insurance was against loss to the amount of $1,500 on the dwelling house and $500 on the contents of the dwelling. The house and contents were totally destroyed by fire on August 1, 1927. Proofs of loss, probably defective, were submitted to the respective companies in September.
