*210This matter comes before us on appeal from a decision of the Commissioners in Bankruptcy on the estate of Swan & Clifford, of Honolulu. This is the first appeal that has been taken under the statute passed by the legislature of 1855, allowing appeals to this court from the decisions of Commissioners in bankruptcy.
