MEMORANDUM OPINION Oluwashola Olaniyi Ajayi was arrested in June 2015 by the Metropolitan Police Department for pandering. In April 2020, he filed this pro se action alleging that as a result of his arrest and prosecution, he was the victim of a series of torts and violations of the U.S. Constitution.
