' | íAppellant Darcel Damiario Tolliver, filed a motion to file a belated petition for postconviction relief pursuant to Rule 37.1 of the Arkansas Rules of Criminal Procedure. The circuit court entered ah order that dismissed the request for postconviction relief because it did not comply with the 90-day time limitation imposed by Rule 37.2(c)®' (2015) of the Arkansas Rules of Criminal Procedure.
