MOORE, Justice.

This is a workmen’s compensation case. Appellee, Lovie Oweita Woodard, joined by her husband, Weldon Woodard, brought suit against The Travelers Insurance Company for workmen’s compensation benefits under the provisions of the Workmen’s Compensation Act, Article 8306, et seq., Vernon’s Ann.Tex.Civ.St., alleging that while in the employment of H. D. Lee Manufacturing Company, she sustained an injury to her back resulting in total and permanent disability.
