This is an action of ejectment. Two demises were laid: one in the heirs at law of S. D. Cowan, and the other in his administrator. The defendants’ pleaded not guilty. No mesne profits were claimed, and a verdict was directed for the plaintiffs for the premises in dispute. The defendants made a motion for new trial, which was overruled, and they bring error.
