In 1913, John K. Hendrick and Hal S. Corbett, suing for the use of their assignees upon an account for legal services rendered, recovered a judgment in the McCracken circuit court for $1,200.00, with interest, against Ella B. Wilhelm, Amanda Wilhelm, William B. Wilhelm, J. E. Wilhelm, Jr., J. E. Wilhelm, Sr., individually and as the guardian of his infant children and as the executor of the will of his wife, Ella B.
