The Plaintiff, Patrick Collins, Inc. (“Collins”) commenced this action against John Does 1 through 9, pursuant to 17 U.S.C. § 106 and § 501, alleging direct and indirect copyright infringement of the Plaintiff’s film “Gangbanged.” Presently before the Court are objections to a Report and Recommendation of United States Magistrate Judge Gary R.
