OPINION

STEVENS, Judge.

The Court must decide whether the finding of The Industrial Commission that the injury sustained was in the course of and arising out of the employment is supported by reasonable evidence and the Workmen’s Compensation law.

Robert D. Tendick (employee) was employed by petitioner Crystal Ice & Cold Storage and while performing his duties, was injured on 12 October 1972. He filed a claim for benefits before The Industrial Commission of Arizona.
