OPINION

JUNELL, Justice.

This is an appeal from a summary judgment in favor of appellees, Houston Independent School District and the Board of Education of the Houston Independent School District, (HISD), and the denial of summary judgment to appellants Tillion Swanson, et al. (Swanson).
