Plaintiff in her complaint, in substance, alleged that she ■was the duly appointed administratrix of the estate of one Natale Malizia, deceased; that said Natale Malizia was killed in March, 1917, through the negligence of the defendant, by being run over by a locomotive engine of the defendant on one of the public street crossings in Salt Lake City; that said Malizia left surviving him the plaintiff and six children, the youngest of whom was three months old, while the oldest was eleven years .of age.
