A proceeding to review a judgment of the Superior Court, in and for the City and County of San Francisco, adjudging petitioner Meyer Levy guilty of com tempt of court, the facts as shown by the petition being as follows: :

An action was commenced by Mae Kilroy Kane against Mount Zion Plospital, a corporation, and others to recover damages for bodily injuries suffered by plaintiff on June 22, 1923, alleged to have been caused by the negligence of the corporation and its servants in the care and treatment of plaintiff while a patient in the hospital conducted by the corporation.
