REAL, District Judge.

Plaintiff brought his action alleging jurisdiction in this court by reason of diversity of citizenship of the parties. His prayer is for damages, claiming that an assault and battery were perpetrated upon him by the individually named defendants herein. He also asks for the visitation of liability upon defendant Trinidad Hotel, Inc.
