Appellant Michael Joseph Peck and two codefendants were indicted on four counts: offering to sell marijuana (Health & Saf. Code, § 11531, now § 11360); possession of marijuana for sale (Health & Saf. Code, § 11530.5, now § 11359); possession of restricted dangerous drugs (Health & Saf. Code, § 11910, now § 11377); and possession of paraphernalia (Health & Saf. Code, § 11555, now § 11364).
