Bublitz v. Lindstrom

Mrs. Bublitz testified that the collision occurred while her car was stopped at a traffic light. Upon impact, she flew forward and the steering wheel hit her in the stomach. Then she flew back and her neck snapped. She went to a phone booth to call the owner of the car, and was later taken by ambulance to the emergency hospital.
