In a foreclosure proceeding instituted by Chicago Title & Trust Co., plaintiff herein, versus Jessie Provol et al., defendants, a deficiency judgment ivas entered by the circuit court September 28,1934, against W. Lee Provol and Jessie Provol for $6,433.14.
