Appeal by defendant from a judgment of the County Court, Dutchess County, rendered September 7, 1977, convicting her of criminal sale of a controlled substance in the second degree and criminal possession of a controlled substance in the third degree, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence. Judgment reversed, on the law, and new trial ordered. At the trial of this action a tape recording of an alleged drug sale was admitted into evidence.
