Leah Daniels appeals from two judgments of a single justice of this court denying her petitions for relief pursuant to G. L. c. 211, § 3. We affirm both judgments.

Daniels was charged with armed assault with intent to murder, assault and battery by means of a dangerous weapon, simple assault and battery, and mayhem. Following a five-day trial, the case was submitted to the jury on all charges except simple assault and battery, which was dismissed on the Commonwealth’s motion with Daniels’s consent.
