ORDER
PERRY, District Judge.
This matter is before me on the defendant’s motion to dismiss, or in the alternative, for summary judgment. For the reasons set forth herein, the court grants summary judgment in favor of the defendant.
Plaintiff Rita L. Hines (Hines), alleges that the defendant United Parcel Service, Inc. (UPS) terminated her employment as a package delivery driver in retaliation for her having instituted proceedings under the South Carolina Workers’ Compensation Law, S.C.Code Ann. § 42-1-10 et seq.
