This action was commenced by Yarma Harjo against George R. Willibey, Bart Foster, and Carlos E. Foster, constituting thé board of county commissioners of Creek county, and various other holders of leasehold interest and rights of way, to cancel certain instruments of conveyance affecting title to 160 acres of land in Creek county, and for other relief. The parties will be referred to in the order in which they appeared in the trial court. The land involved was the allotment of Melene Harjo, a full-blood Greek Indian.
