Justice FLAHERTY, for the Court.
The petitioner, Jeanne Rossi, seeks review of a Superior Court judgment that affirmed the denial of her application for an accidental disability pension. In 1992, Rossi was injured while working at the Rhode Island Training School, a correctional facility for juvenile offenders. She resumed work in 1999, but began to suffer headaches and debilitating pain in her neck, back, and shoulders — that she claimed were related to her 1992 injury.
