—Appeal from judgment, Supreme Court, New York County (Frederic Berman, J.), rendered June 27, 1990, convicting defendant, after jury trial, of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the third and fourth degrees and sentencing him to concurrent terms of 6 to 12 years and 4 to 8 years, respectively, unanimously held in abeyance, the order denying defendant’s motion to suppress physical evidence unanimously reversed, on the law, and the matter is remanded for a hearing in accordance herewith.
