Plaintiff, appellant, Eose Zaft, on September 10, 1936, was employed as a seamstress in the factory of The Friedman Cloak Company, a contributor to the Workmen’s Compensation Fund. For some time before that date she had had a cold. During her lunch period that day, while she was sitting in a chair at the table where she worked in the factory, which chair was about a foot from a window, another employee opened that window and plaintiff says “I felt a kind of a stroke in my face; kind of like a wind or something hit me”; and “Well it was wind.
