Defendant appeals his convictions for manslaughter in the first degree, ORS 163.118, conspiracy to commit murder, ORS 161.450, conspiracy to commit assault in the first degree, ORS 161.450, two counts of assault in the second degree, ORS 163.175, and carrying a deadly weapon with intent to use it unlawfully.
