Regarding the plaintiffs claims for negligence and fraud relating to a forged deed of trust against her property, the court will grant summary judgment pursuant to motions filed by defendants in this proceeding, one (Docket Entry (“DE”) No. 48) filed by EMC Mortgage Corporation (“EMC”) and Wachovia Bank of Delaware, N.A.
