This is an appeal from a judgment of the district court of Harris County refusing an application of the State of Texas, acting through its Attorney General and the District Attorney of Harris County, .for an injunction under the provisions of Article 4646b, Vernon’s Annotated Civil Statutes, permanently restraining and enjoining J.
