Appeals by the employer and its insurance carrier from decisions of the Workmen’s Compensation Board, filed June 25, 1968 and December 5, 1968. Both claims arise out of a motor vehicle accident which occurred at about 11:30 p.m. on March 27, 1967 on Route 20 between Hancock, Massachusetts and the New York State line.
