In an amended complaint, Juan C. Linares-Acevedo (“Linares”), and his wife, *225Miriam Bianco-Rodriguez, bring this diversity action against Donald Acevedo, Rich Port Development, LLC, and others alleging fraud, breach of contract, and damages under Article 1802 of the Puerto Rico Civil Code.
