1. The first two errors assigned are that the court received in evidence the deed of Theron Brownfield to the executor and heirs of James G. Gordon, deceased, dated on February 7, 1857, a copy of which was attached to the complaint, and that it received in evidence a copy of the will of James G. Gordon, deceased, and of its probate, which was a duplicate of one of the exhibits attached to the complaint.
