Appeal from a decision of the Workers’ Compensation Board, filed November 20, 2003, which ruled that claimant did not sustain an accidental injury arising out of and in the course of his employment.
Claimant was employed as a tour guide for the Office of General Services and worked in the State Capitol Building located in the City of Albany.
