Memorandum: Defendant was convicted following a jury trial of one count of driving while ability impaired (Vehicle and Traffic Law § 1192 [1]), two counts of aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the first degree (Vehicle and Traffic Law § 511 [3]), and two counts of felony driving while intoxicated (Vehicle and Traffic Law § 1192 [2], [3]; § 1193 [1] [c]), arising out of three separate incidents.
