This case is before the Court for mandatory review pursuant to the requirements of the Uniform Code of Military Justice, Article 67(6) (1), 50 USC § 654. Moore, the accused, was convicted by general court-martial at Fort Bragg, North Carolina, of murder while engaged in the perpetration of a robbery and of assault with intent to commit robbery — in violation of the Uniform Code of Military Justice, Articles 118 and 184 respectively, 50 USC § § 712, 728.
