MEMORANDUM OPINION

HANSEN, Chief Judge:

In this action to determine the legal status of a road, the parties each appeal from the trial court’s Final Judgment. Milton Mefford (Mefford)1 seeks review of the trial court’s determination that the road in question was not public. Katherine Sinclair and Russell Harbaugh (Sinclair2) seek review of the trial court’s denial of their application to tax attorney fees against Mefford.
