Defendant Bayer AG has filed a motion to dismiss the claims against it for lack of personal jurisdiction. Having reviewed the briefs and extensive documentary evidence submitted by the parties, I conclude that plaintiffs have adequately shown a relationship between Bayer AG and its corporate subsidiaries, such that jurisdiction over Bayer AG in this case is proper.
