CURTIS L. COLLIER, District Judge.
Defendant-Appellant United Steelworkers of America (“USWA”) appeals judgment for Plaintiffs Appellees on their claim of unlawful removal from their local union offices and imposition of a trusteeship on their local union, Local 5644. Plaintiffs cross-appeal the denial of their motion for summary judgment. For the reasons stated below we AFFIRM judgment for Plaintiffs but REVERSE the district court’s award…
