FINCH, Presiding Judge.

Plaintiffs appeal from an adverse judgment in this suit wherein they sought (1) a declaration of their rights under a written contract, (2) specific performance of a provision therein for the purchase of 93 acres of land, and (3) possession of other *277land leased pursuant to the contract, together with damages for wrongful taking and withholding of possession by the defendant.
