This is an ejectment suit by the devisees of one N. B. McCarty brought November 17, 1911, by bill in chancery court in Unicoi county, Tennesee, against the defendant, Carolina 'Lumber Company, to recover a large boundary of mountain land alleged to be situated in Unicoi cpunty, Tennessee, adjoining the line between the States of Tennessee and North Carolina; also to enjoin the defendant from committing acts of trespass and waste on said land.
