Appeal by the plaintiff, Rebecca Baff, from an order of the Supreme Court, made at the Kings County Special Term and entered in the office of the clerk of the county of Kings on the 22d day of June, 1911, confirming the report of a referee, and also from the judgment entered upon said order.

Carr, J.:

On April 25, 1910, plaintiff obtained a final judgment against the defendant, enjoining him from the doing of certain specified things on his property, which adjoined that of the plaintiff, and which were adjudged to result injuriously to the plaintiff’s property rights. In July, 1910, the plaintiff obtained an order to show cause why the defendant should not be punished for contempt for violating the provisions of the final judgment after its entry. The motion came on to be heard on affidavits, of which the plaintiff submitted quite a large number, and the defendant likewise…
