Laughlin, J.:
On the 31st of March, 1916, the Special Term in Bronx county on a petition in due form and notice of motion to which there was no opposition, made an order as provided in section 178 of the General Corporation Law (Consol. Laws, chap. 23 [Laws of 1909, chap. 28], as amd. by Laws -of 1909, chap. 240) requiring all persons interested in the corporation to show cause before a designated referee on the 19th of May, 1916, why it should not be dissolved.
