delivered the opinion of the court.
We will dispose of the points involved in the order in which we have named them; but before proceeding so to do will set at rest a point of practice raised and urged by defendant in error in argument.
It is contended that* no exception to the master’s report is found in the record, and no order that the objections filed before the master stand as exceptions before the court.
